and Mekuba, with over 25 years of experience in industrial lubricants in India , have joined forces. Wynn's Belgium NV.,
subsidiary of Wynn Oil Company, USA signed a joint-venture with Mekuba Petroleum India Private Ltd,
Chennai in the beginning of June 1997. The new company, WYNN'S MEKUBA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED started
commercial production in February, 1998.
